Chair yoga for seniors

Would you like to move your body in ways that support you to;
 strengthen your muscle tone
 improve your balance
 expand your breath capacity
 feel connected and nurtured

If so, I would like to invite you to come along and try out my chair yoga class!

My back ground is in nursing, but I have practiced yoga for 30 years and been a teacher for 12. My passion is teaching chair based yoga to the senior community. I offer classes which are welcoming and friendly. They involve sequences which include breath awareness, seated exercises, an optional standing sequence and relaxation.

Classes are in Cheddar Village Hall on Tuesday’s between 12.30-1.30PM. They run on a drop-in basis and cost £8.00 per session.
